Additionally, any post-offer health assessments must be justified and relevant for the job that has been offered. Confidential assessments ensure that a health condition is not a risk to the individual or to others in the workplace.
Assessments are completed via our secure online portal and reviewed by an OH specialist with detailed understanding of your workplace. A follow up phone call to the employee is undertaken when further information is required. Sometimes this may result in an advisory report to ensure that any required adjustments can be accommodated within the workplace.
