All of our absence management and post-offer health assessments can be conducted face to face, by telephone or video-conferencing.

Flex knows that not all businesses work Monday to Friday 9-5 so we offer an extended working day until 9pm which is ideal for employees on non-conventional work patterns. Weekends appointments are also available without additional charge.

Health surveillance medicals and safety critical medicals are available 24 hours a day to suit your shift patterns. Where possible, these are carried out on-site to minimise time away from the workplace.
