All of our absence management and post-offer health assessments can be conducted face to face, via video conferencing or by telephone.
Health surveillance medicals are available 24 hours a day to suit your shift patterns. Where possible, these are carried out on-site to minimise time away from the workplace.

Pre-placement / Post-offer health screening
The Equality Act 2010 generally prohibits enquiries about a job applicant’s health prior to job offer. Additionally, any post-offer health assessments must be justified and relevant for the job that has been offered. Confidential assessments ensure that a health condition is not a risk to the individual or to others in the workplace.
